With my final project for Arts & Crafts, I bring up consumerism and impermanence.
People have a constant need for change. This is because the
supply is constantly increasing, both in products and services. It is never enough, because there is always something better or more beautiful. As a result, permanent dissatisfaction develops.

For my final exam project, I wanted to develop a product to draw attention to current consumer behavior. By means of time-lapses of a meal with homemade plates, dishes and placemats I introduce my product that can be reused in a special way. With this special, reusable dinnerware, I want to offer the possibility of change as sustainability at the same time.

The tableware is the eye-catcher on the table. The plates, bowls and placemats are made of bio made of bio plastic and colored with natural dyes from vegetables.

This tableware does not have the structure that you normally expect with tableware. This tableware is flexible and certainly not breakable. What makes this dinnerware extra special is that you can melt it with water and then pour it into another mold. This makes the product endlessly exciting.
